Roger began practising in a rural law practice where in became a partner in 1976.  He moved to Auckland in 1987 and practised in a substantial law firm as a partner until joining Wilson McKay as a partner in 1996.

He now specialises in Property Law, Business and Commercial Law and is primarily focused on high value transactions including subdivisions and development projects as well as rural issues.  Roger has established a long term association with many clients by providing continued support especially in the areas of Trusts and Estate Administration and Family Law
