David has enjoyed a successful career at Wilson McKay since 1989.  He became a partner in 1994 and practises primarily in Civil and Commercial Litigation.  He has been involved in a number of complex litigation cases in many legal forums and practises with a particular emphasis on property and commercial disputes, construction litigation, statutory and regulatory compliance and enforcement, employment law, franchises and intellectual property protection.

David is an Associate Member of the Institute of Arbitrators and is currently a Mediator for the Weathertight Homes Resolutions Service.  He is also a Board Member for the Building Practitioners Board.
